James has spent the last 9+ years developing his craft as a coach, working with hundreds of athletes ranging from complete beginners to competitive competitors. His approach focuses on helping people build strength, master movement, and understand how to train effectively for long-term results.
James’ Areas of Focus
James is also the Head Coach of a BC Weightlifting Association club, helping athletes reach new strength PRs and peak for competitions.
