JI KIM – AKA “NINJI”

Ji Kim is a movement and performance coach specializing in calisthenics, mobility, and
functional strength. With a foundation in biomechanics and rehabilitation, Ji’s approach is
rooted in evidence-based methods that emphasizes fluidity, strength, and injury prevention, creating a holistic approach to fitness and longevity.

Through her experience as a calisthenics and Animal Flow athlete, Ninji has developed a
deep understanding of movement as both an art and a science. Her coaching emphasizes
control, adaptability, and body awareness, helping clients build strength and confidence in
how they move—both in training and daily life.

Whether working with athletes, desk workers, or individuals recovering from injury, Ji
customizes training to address movement limitations and enhance overall performance. Her mission is to redefine fitness—not just as an aesthetic pursuit, but as a pathway to
sustainable health, function, and longevity. She believes in cultivating a strong connection
between mind and body, ensuring that movement is not only efficient but also deeply
