Meal Train  An easy platform that ensures the family is getting great meals every other day. Click the link. Sign Up. Carefully read the instructions. Pick up a day on the calendar. Prepare your meals. Drop them off before 4PM to the gym. They get delivered. This has already made a huge difference for them!

The Christmas Wishlist is nearly fulfilled. Feel free if there is something you would like to add to the list. We are also asking for $400 to go towards purchasing some organizational furniture from IKEA. You can drop off some cash with reception at the gym. Or let me know if there is an amount I can process through Wodify.

Finally, we are establishing  a method to for you to get a charitable tax receipt when you contribute to the kid’s education fund. Stay tuned. I’ll let you know when we have that channel setup.
